Technical Support Engineer (IT)

About our company :

We are a global company, with 15 branch offices in 28 countries, over 1,300 employees worldwide, and over 600 R&D engineers.

  • You will be responsible for technical support work as after-sales service for customers of our products.
  • There are multiple channels for inquiries, including phone, email, and chat, but the idea is that they will be managed as tickets, and those tickets will be handled.
  • Inquiries may range from simple usage instructions to detailed product specifications, and we will follow up with you until your issue is resolved.
  • Depending on the content, on rare occasions we may have to escalate the issue to our headquarters, but in general we are able to resolve it within our own team and Japanese subsidiary.
  • We often exchange the latest product information with technical support at our headquarters. (Use English)

About the process after joining :

After joining the company, you may receive training from your seniors, and engineers from our Taiwan headquarters may provide guidance via the web.

Two of our technical support staff are in their 30s, and after joining the company, they will teach you how to do the job.
