GBS is expanding its scope and scope of entities. This position will support the Service Excellence scope in Japan, APAC and EMEA/AMERICAS.
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

Act as the interlock between the business and GBS providing dedicated customer support
- Manage BPO contracts and performance, work with BPOs to deliver the specified service levels and quality. Ensure year-on-year improvements in BPO performance.
- Understand concerns relating to GBS processes and outputs and work with GBS to escalate issues and prioritize activities, and ensure resolution by GBS/BPO teams. Manage the governance processes.
- Run the collection and measurement of customer feedback (formal and informal) for the Voice of the Customer process.
- Resolve escalated items and action mitigation plan, ensure timely resolution and communication back into the retained organisation and business.
- Manage the BPO contract management process including operating the formal demand management and change control processes, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Prepare SLA/KPI reports and support the implementation of standard set of core metrics for which all BPO vendors will be measured against to ensure consistency and transparency across GBS. Support the implementation of the Performance Management framework.
- Manage all finance and controlling activities for the BPO operations costs including budgeting and forecasting. Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, validate invoices and assist in timely payments to the suppliers. Validate and propose changes to BPO charges to improve value.
- Work together with the Global/Regional Process Owners and Continuous Improvement team to continually improve the services and business processes, ensure agreed actions are delivered by the supplier.
- Manage vendor compliance and lifecycle management in relation to BPOs.

• Working knowledge of accounting (IFRS/Local GAAP) and internal control standards
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana or equivalent ERP system

①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定
②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給
③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給
①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.
②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade)
③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
