Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience of Support Desk / troubleshooting / supporting users
- Someone who can streamline existing process and create new process to optimize support function
- Report to management re. the incidents and work with the team to close the same
- Native Japanese is a must
- English language not needed
