Nice-to-Have :
Experience in design, development, and evaluation
of Power Devices (IGBT, FRD, MOSFET) (more than 5 years)
Basic knowledge and experience of device simulation
Basic knowledge of markets and applications
Basic knowledge of compound semiconductors (SiC, GaN, etc.)
