Part Time English Instructor For Medical University Students' Course

Berkeley House is now seeking a large number of energetic and vibrant English teachers available to help medical students at university with their special programs.
【Location】
Nishi-Shinjuku OR Shinjuku-gyoenmae
【Schedule】
A. 9:00-10:30, 10:40-12:10 on Tuesday May the 28th
B. 9:00-10:30, 10:40-12:10 on Tuesday, July the 2nd
C. 9:00-10:30, 10:40-12:10 on Wednesday, November 13th
【Content】
A & C: The instructor is supposed to play the role of a patient in the situation of receiving a medical examination so that the medical students practice English. There will be a pre-orientation held by the university professor.
B: The students are going to give their own presentation in English, which the instructors are supposed evaluate & feedback.
【Job Description】
Includes the following but is not limited to...
・Plan and teach based on program curriculum
・Record lesson and student reports
・Attend our onboarding and pre-course training sessions
・Attend a pre-course orientation and mid-course meetings
・Manage and ensure a safe and secure learning environment
【Requirement】
 Minimum of 3 years of ESL teaching experience in Japan
 Experience teaching at a Japanese SHS/College/University
 University degree
 Native level English speaker
 Currently reside in Japan
 Valid Work Visa
【Preference】
 Teaching certificate preferred (CELTA, TESOL, etc.)
【Remuneration】
 3,000JPY per hour
 Transportation fees are fully reimbursed.
