We are a leading used car exporter operating one of the most buzzed websites, CardealPage.
Our website is gaining recognition overseas through local marketing activities. We sell quality used cars from Japan, Korea, and various other countries to end users around the world, mainly in Africa, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, and North America, and also provide logistics services.
We also sell vehicles directly to used car dealers overseas.
Due to high demand, we now seek a highly motivated person to sell used cars to customers overseas. If you are new to office work, car industry or export, not to worry as full training will be provided by our experienced staff.
Position
Overseas Sales Consultant
Job description
1.Conduct research on market conditions, local demand, import regulations, potential customers, competitors, etc.
2.Call prospective customers and market to them to initiate or repeat business.
3.Strengthen relationships with existing customers through phone calls and emails
4.Negotiate contract terms, explain the subject products and services, and close the deal as a bridge between the company and the customer.
5.Provide on-time follow-up and support to customers to increase vehicle sales and maximize gross margin in the target countries.
6.Cultivate new customers both inbound and outbound in the target countries.
7.Develop and propose marketing strategies to increase market share in overseas markets.
8.Verify sales performance and exceed monthly targets.
9.Perform other tasks related to the company's business.
Requirements / Skills
-English Advanced level (Business Conversation Level or higher)
-Other language (Portuguese, French, Swahili etc) skills not essential but an advantage
-Extensive sales and marketing experience (e-commerce, digital marketing, social media in advantage)
-Network of car dealers, brokers, and/or agents
-Team management experience
-A sense of ownership and highly motivated to work on things
-Experience in digital marketing is preferred.
Work hours
8 hours working in a day from 8:00am to 22:00pm (depending on your target countries
5 days a week (Sunday off)

Remuneration
We offer competitive salary depending on your ability and experience.
250,000-500,000 yen/month
※It includes 30 hours of deemed overtime per month
※Evaluation by Incentive Programs
※Bonus (depends on the company's performance)

　今回は、海外の個人・法人のお客様に中古車を販売する海外営業職を募集致します。
　未経験の方でも、丁寧に教えますので安心してください。
＜募集内容＞
職種：　海外営業職
内容：　海外顧客に対する中古車の販売
＜職務内容＞
1.市場状況や現地需要、輸入規則、潜在顧客、競合他社の動向などの調査の実施する
2.潜在顧客に電話をかけ、当社との取引を開始またはリピートするよう営業する
3.既存顧客との関係を電話やメールを通じて強化する
4.会社と顧客の橋渡し役として、契約条件の交渉、対象商品・サービスの説明、クロージングを行う
5.対象国での車両販売台数を増やし、粗利益率を最大化するために、顧客に対するオンタイム・フォローアップ、サポートを実施する。
6.対象国におけるインバウンド、アウトバウンド両方の新規顧客の開拓をする
7.海外市場におけるシェア拡大のためのマーケティング戦略の立案・提案を行う
8.販売実績の検証を行い、月次目標以上の達成を目指す
9.その他、会社の事業に関連する業務の遂行をする

＜必須スキル・経験＞
英語：上級以上
その他の言語（ポルトガル語、スワヒリ語、フランス語など）ができる場合は尚可
営業・マーケティング経験
チームマネージメント経験
＜勤務時間＞
勤務時間（シフト制）：8：00～22:00のうち実働８時間
休日：週休2日（日曜日とそれ以外1日）
※最初の3ヶ月は試用期間となります

ご本人の経験と希望を考慮の上、スキルによって契約条件や給与はご相談させてください。
250,000円　～　500,000円
※給与には月30時間のみなし残業を含む
