Nursery School English Head Teacher(Full Time)

We are searching for a full-time English Kindergarten Teacher to start training from March; The full-time position would start from April 1st.
Michelle International Kindergarten is a kindergarten located in the very peaceful and beautiful city of Takasaki. Gunma prefecture, which Takasaki is a part of, is an extremely safe prefecture in several aspects. It is also a very low-cost prefecture to live in when compared to several others across Japan. Moreover, Tokyo is about 2 hours away by normal train or less than one hour by bullet train. This way you can enjoy the experience of both the city-side and country-side of Japan.
As a teacher at Michelle International Kindergarten, you are not just an assistant teacher – you are the main English teacher of the students. This is valuable experience to have across Japan as well as in other countries. The kindergarten has a real small-scale feel to it, where you can grow close with your students and enjoy several unique experiences such as an overnight excursion, strawberry picking, and more. We believe this is an environment that will lead to you having a bright future working with kids.
Responsibilities:
-Looking after kids, including helping during lunch time, supervising their bathroom time, supervising their nap time, and other child-related tasks
-Teaching English classes throughout the day, including an English conversational (eikaiwa) class at a separate location towards the end of the day (it is run by the kindergarten).
-You must be committed to the contract; the school year starts in April and ends in March.
Contract period: 1 year (renewable; finishing at the end of March 2025)
Working hours: 9 hours(1hour break time included)per day, Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturdays or Sundays in which the following work day will be a day off).
Benefits:
Air travel costs up to 50,000 yen will be reimbursed upon starting at Michelle International Kindergarten.
The school offers paid lunches to the teachers on most days, except occasionally on excursions.
An apartment allowance of 10,000 yen per month is provided for the first year, rising to 15,000 per month if you renew the contract.
The apartment is roughly 20 minutes away from the kindergarten by car, and 5 minutes away from the eikaiwa on foot.
Vacation: (Includes weekends and national holidays)
Type A: Next year March 4days, Golden Week , August 15 days, September 4days, December-January 10 days. All paid.
Type B: Next year Spring (March or April) 2days, Golden Week , August 10days, September 2 days, December-January 1 week. All paid.
Type A: Salary 260,000
Type B: Salary 285,000
***Depending on work performance, a raise in salary may be given.
