International Preschool & After School Childcare & English Teacher【インターナショナル幼保園＆学童クラブ保育＆英語教師】

We are "Universal Kids Shinagawa" - a preschool and childcare facility - located on the first floor of the Gotenyama Trust Tower adjacent to the Marriott Hotel near Shinagawa Station. (Free shuttle bus service is available from Shinagawa Station)
Partner schools: UK Yokohama, UK Bangkok (Thailand) Training programs are also planned.

Childcare qualification required Daily conversational level of English is preferred
If you have the desire and ability, you can work as a manager in the future. If you are not satisfied with just following a predetermined program, this is a great environment for you.
You will be working with children between 1 and 12 years old who attend the school and speak English on a daily basis.
We have not only Japanese staff but also native English speaking teachers of various nationalities.
■Specific duties
Program implementation (preschool & school age children)
Conduct programs so that preschoolers and school children can concentrate and work safely in activities such as English, Japanese, science, music, gymnastics, park play, free play, etc.
■Daily support (preschool & kindergarten)
Assist preschool children with sleeping, eating, toileting, changing clothes, changing diapers, etc.
■Prepare teaching materials and decorations (preschool & school)
Prepare teaching materials, assist in making props for events, etc.
■Duties necessary for facility operation (preschool & kindergarten & school-age children)
Cleaning of the preschool, organization of documents, etc.
■Assist in watching over children (preschool and school).
Escorting children to and from school by vehicle (riding in the vehicle with them so that there is no danger during the ride) and other duties as needed,
Also, watch over children during health checkups, evacuation drills, and events to ensure that children are not injured.
■Working hours
Weekdays Monday through Friday
There is only one Saturday work day (event) per month.
Shift from 8:00 to 20:00 (8 hours per shift)

2 days off per week, 105 days off per year
Year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, etc. available
■Employment Type
Contract employee (monthly salary)
Part-time (4-6 hours/day, 3 days/week or more)
■Allowance
(1) Monthly salary of 220,000 to 270,000 yen for the first year, with salary increases and promotion to higher positions depending on ability after the next year.
2) Hourly wage: 1,400 yen or more

当園＆当学童クラブは、設立してまだ1年半の新しいインターナショナル幼保園＆学童ですので、あなたが望み、そして能力があれば、将来的にマネージャーとして活躍してもらうことが可能です。また自身の教育への考え方も教育内容に反映されやすく、決められたプログラムを遂行するだけでは満足しない方にはとても良い環境です。
通学する1歳から12歳の子供たちと日常会話は英語で過ごしプログラムの実施、生活支援を中心に勤務していただきます。様々な国籍のネイティブ先生が在籍しています。
■具体的な業務内容
・プログラムの遂行（幼保園＆学童）
英語、日本語、サイエンス、音楽、体操、公園遊び、フリープレイなどの活動で、園児や学童が集中して安全に取り組めるようプログラムを実施する
・日常支援（幼保園）
睡眠、食事、排泄、着替え、おむつ替えなど園児の支援をおこなう
・教材／飾り付け作成（幼保園＆学童）
教材の準備やイベントに使用する小道具作成のお手伝い等
・施設運営に必要な業務（幼保園＆学童）
園内掃除、書類整理などをおこなう
・見守り支援（幼保園＆学童）
車両による送迎の添乗員（走行中危険がないよう一緒に車両にのる）や、
健康診断、避難訓練、イベント時に園児や児童が怪我をしないよう見守りをおこなう
■勤務時間
平日：月曜日から金曜日
※1か月に1日だけ土曜日出勤（イベント）があります。その場合平日が1日休みとなります。
8時～20時のシフト制（実働8時間）

週休2日制、年間休日105日

①契約社員（月給）
②非常勤（1日4～6時間、週3日以上）

①初年度月給22～27万　次年度以降能力次第で昇給、役職登用致します
