As the HR Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and industry standards. You will conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance levels, provide guidance and training to employees and managers on compliance matters, and investigate and resolve complaints related to HR compliance. Your role will be instrumental in minimizing legal and regulatory risks for the organisation and maintaining a fair and ethical work environment.
- In-depth Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
