- Provide general administrative support, including daily calendar management for the leaders - This person will assist with office moves, including but not limited to space planning - Manage and maintain lockdown spaces, conference rooms, facilities requests, manage/order office supplies, snacks, equipment - Raising purchase requisitions, track contractor budgeting - Coordinate meetings, domestic and international travels, submit expense reports - Plan, arrange and execute offsites, team building events, all-hands meetings
